Natalia is a Birth Doula, Lactation Counselor, Reproductive Health Advocate, and Educator. She's worked with hundreds of families supporting them through the perinatal period.
She currently lives in Virginia with her family and teaches online classes and offers digital (and IRL) doula support.

Ash is a Birth Doula, and new Doula Trainer. She co-founded Allbodies, an education platform centering reproductive and sexual health + pleasure.
She now brings forward the teachings of Birth and the principles of Design Thinking + Strategy to help companies solve big problems in the healthcare + wellness sectors.
Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, Newsweek, Cosmopolitan and Teen Vogue among others.
