I understand that Brilliant Bodies will charge my credit card for the agreed upon rate at the time of registering for services. By scheduling the following services, I understand that I am financially responsible for these services and that, because Brilliant Bodies only has a limited amount of spots per class, refunds will not be issued. In the event I am unable to attend in the scheduled services, I understand that I may be able to view a recording of the service.

I understand that any education I undertake with Brilliant Bodies is for educational purposes only and that Brilliant Bodies has no control over my birth outcomes. I understand that Brilliant Bodies is not responsible for how I decide to use, or not use, the information they provide me with.

By joining this birth class, I understand that I get access to a private Slack group for continued support by Brilliant Bodies and other class attendees. I understand I partake in the Slack group of my own free will and that I will not be receiving medical advice or diagnoses in the group. I commit to having a conversation with my health team before trying anything that could have a potential negative effect.

I commit to helping to create a brave and safe space on Slack - I will not judge other parents, make hateful remarks, and I will try to always speak from an “I” perspective instead of “you should” or other forms of advice. I understand that Brilliant Bodies will be moderating this group and that they can remove me at their discretion if I am not able to uphold compassionate support.

I understand that Brilliant Bodies checks Slack throughout the day and that they will always respond within 48 hours, unless they specify otherwise. If I am in need of time-sensitive support, and only if I am in need of true time-sensitive support, I agree that I will use the #timesensative channel to get in touch.

I understand that phone calls, and support during your birth are not included as part of this package. I understand that I can opt-in to a 1:1 Doula package if I want this kind of support.
