GETTING BABY INTO OPTIMAL POSITION FOR BIRTH

Spinning Babies- Easier childbirth with fetal positioning. Great resource for mothers to learn how to map the baby’s position in the belly and use techniques to help the baby rotate when necessary.

Miles Circuit -This circuit is useful to help get the baby lined up, ideally, in the "Left Occiput Anterior" (LOA) Position, both before labor begins and when some corrections need to be done during labor.
