NATALIA HAILES
Works at the intersection of maternal health, education, and technology—designing solutions that support women and families through every stage of the perinatal journey. With experience as a doula, childbirth educator, and solutions architect, she brings a human-centered approach to innovation in care.
She currently works as the Director of Provider Partnerships at Pacify, collaborating with healthcare organizations to expand access to virtual maternal and infant support, bridging gaps in care through technology and trusted provider relationships.
ASH SPIVAK
Ash was a doula for over a decade before transitioning to training new doulas with Doula Training International. She has always been fascinated and inspired by the connections between Birth, Death, and Ceremony. As such, she is currently working towards her Masters in Integrative Psychedelic Therapy and has spent the last couple of years working in the death space, helping plant people as trees when they die.
